![]() ![]() I think I solved this problem on the NUC it seems that the bloatware “Adrenaline” in which AMD hide their latest drivers seems to be interfering with DRS, the current driver also does not play well with DRS. The NUC physical size to capability ratio is perfect for my workflow which is why I’m very keen to resolve this issue I want to use this NUC in conjuction with the new Atem mini PRO ISO to edit the recorded live feed and provide a highlights package at conferences. This fault seem to have two distinct outcomesġ.) When I try to import media or a project both the screens turns black for about 3 to 8 seconds the keyboard and mouse becomes unresponsive, then the screen which I was working on turns white and it just stays there with the typical system message informing me that DRS is not responding.Ģ.) When I try to restore an archive it starts to import the archive and when it gets to 98% DRS crashes and informs me that it has met with an unexpected error do I want to upload the logs to BMD support which I did about 4 times and I also left my email details in the report as requested so that BMD support can contact me. Typically when I’m mobile I run two screens of different resolutions on my the machine. I read somewhere that sometimes the Intel graphics driver interferes with DRS hardware acceleration decision algorithms so I disabled the Intel HD 630 in bios and removed the drivers from my machine same result. I have updated both the video drivers to the latest versions. In terms of hardware the machine is adequate CPU i7, 32Gig RAM and 2 x 1TB SSD’s see additional specs on URL Below on the intel site I have exactly the same issue on the same machine.
